Museum Hosts Heritage Conservation Workshop for Students

As part of its ongoing commitment to education and cultural preservation, the Salar Jung Museum recently conducted a Heritage Conservation Workshop for students from various educational institutions across the city.

The workshop introduced participants to the fundamentals of artifact preservation, museum documentation practices, and preventive conservation techniques. Museum experts demonstrated how valuable historical objects are protected from environmental damage and aging.

More than 150 students participated in interactive sessions, gaining practical knowledge about the importance of safeguarding cultural heritage for future generations.

The museum plans to organize similar educational programs throughout the year to encourage greater awareness of heritage conservation among young learners.
